It's 11:30pm, 2nd April 2014 and I'm 17. Hurray
Honestly don't know what to feel about this. 17 feels, weird. Like disconnected and just basically disorienting on all levels because it's neither here nor there. Can't wait for 18 to come by
Having said that, really grateful for a few people who made my 17th birthday memorable:
1. John Paul Koh- thanks for being the most on friend ever, who would cab over to my house (you too much money is it ahaha) to pass me the prom bear/my present. but i'm really super grateful for you and i always look forward to my birthday because of your present (actually all your newspapers and cereal boxes hahahaha) thanks for being the first person ever to give me my birthday present this year at 1130 pm
2. Yijun and Anabelle- thank you both for surprising me at 12am sharp, honestly wasn't expecting you both to pop out hahaha but so so so glad you did. you both started my 17 birthday right. : ) so much love. thanks for cake smashing me (i smelt like cake no matter how many times i washed it ok) and for the awesome present. you both mean the most to me
3. 14A11- thank you, all you 18 amazing people. thank you for making class so much more bearable and so much more fun. shaun's right, you bunch of social retards. but a very special, unique and beautiful bunch of social retards. thank you all for accepting me so quickly and for always being there for me so i don't seem that much a loner. here's to an awesome 2 years ahead with you guys and i love each and everyone of you so much!!!! :-)
4. frisbee people- thank you, all of you, for surprising me during gym. wasn't expecting anything but really glad (even tho cake smashed haha) and super thankful. guys let's work hard tgt and be the best team ever ok! here's to 2 great bonded years ahead spent with you guys, you cool kids :-)
okay i guess this is it it is 1140pm (speed blogging ikr) and i'm supposed to be doing gp but who even cares about gp hahahaha sleep time.
